He knew what was coming.
And still…
He chose to love.
He took the bread.
He broke it.
He gave it.
“This is My body.”
He took the cup.
He shared it.
“This is My blood.”
Nothing held back.
Not just words—
a life being given.
And then…
He knelt.
The King of Kings
washing the feet of His own.
Not to show weakness,
but to reveal the heart of God.
Love that serves.
Love that humbles.
Love that gives everything.
Later, in the garden—
silence.
A prayer in the dark.
“Not My will… but Yours.”
Holy Thursday is the surrender before the sacrifice.
It is where love chooses obedience…
even when it costs everything.
Today, He asks:
Will you receive what I give?
And will you follow where I lead?
Take the bread.
Remain in Him.
Because true strength
is found in surrender.
