Good Friday — Love to the End

Good Friday — Love to the End

He was rejected.

He was mocked.

He was condemned.

Silent before accusation.

Steady under the weight.

The cross was not forced upon Him.

He carried it.

Step by step,

through pain,

through sorrow—

He did not turn away.

Nails through His hands.

A crown upon His head.

And still…

He chose to remain.

Not because He had to—

but because He loved.

“Father, forgive them…”

Even there.

Even then.

This is not defeat.

This is love to the end.

The cross was not the end of His story—

it was the fullness of His offering.

Today, we stand before it.

Not to understand everything…

but to receive.

The weight He carried

was never meant to be ours.

And in that moment,

what looked like darkness…

became the doorway to life.

It is finished.
